Growth and go-to-market.
Builds the thing so somebody else can run it, which is the same problem a buyer is looking at.
Sarah has spent her career making work less hard than it needs to be, across marketing, sales, delivery, customer service, finance and the systems underneath them. She once inherited a delivery team with ninety-six projects stuck in it and halved the time it took to get a client live. She has stepped out twice to look after small children and come back both times.
She starts from the customer's experience and works back through the business, so the thing that gets built is used every day rather than admired once. None of it is clever. Usually it's a process nobody ever made repeatable, being done by someone who is already tired, and the question she keeps coming back to is whether the work changed how the business earns its money, or only made the numbers look different.
